Welcome to KARPE (KAIST Arena with Real-time Positioning Environment),

a place to realize your creative & innovative ideas!

As a result of preliminary studies and preparation over the past couple of years,

we now open KARPE in the lab space supported by KIDCS (KI for Design of Complex

Systems). We greatly appreciate the help of many people including Vice President

Dong-Yol Yang and Professor Dai Gil Lee.

We expect to see a variety of active multi-disciplinary collaborative research activities

(e.g.,such as robot motion analysis, motion capturing, virtual product prototyping,

multi-agent cooperation) being performed in KARPE.

지난 수 년간 조금씩 관련 인프라를 준비해 온 끝에, 이번에 KIDCS에서 소중한 공간을

마련해 주셔서 KARPE를 정식으로 open 할 수 있게 되었습니다. 양동열 부총장님,

이대길 소장님을 비롯하여 도와주신 여러분들께 감사드립니다.

로봇 동작/ 게이트 분석, 모션 캡쳐, virtual 작품 제작, Multi-Agent 협업 등 다양한

분야의 다학제적 협력 연구가 KARPE에서 활발히 이루어지길 기대해 봅니다.
